This is a recent homebrew magical item that I gave out in my campaign. It’s designed for Dungeons and Dragons 5e, and was inspired by the description of the Blessed of Corellon from Mordenkainen’s Tome of Foes as: “The rarest of these blessed elves can change their sex whenever they finish a long rest.” I want to expand that ability so that someone who was not an elf, and perhaps not dedicated to Corellon could still get that benefit. So I took the described benefit and applied it to a magical armor of an appropriate level for my players, in this case +2 Studded Leather, though perhaps a different level would be more appropriate for your table. The item does require attunement, which seemed appropriate thematically considering how much the item can change you.
You can find it on DNDBeyond here.
