00:00:00:05 - 00:00:00:28 Hello, everyone, 00:00:00:28 - 00:00:02:23 and welcome back to my personal channel 00:00:02:23 - 00:00:06:12 where we remember that the rules are made up and that the rich and powerful 00:00:06:14 - 00:00:07:09 are the problem. 00:00:07:09 - 00:00:10:23 A few weeks ago on this channel, we discussed a new app called BlackWolf. 00:00:10:23 - 00:00:15:04 BlackWolf was run by Kerry KingBrown, a licensed security professional 00:00:15:09 - 00:00:19:18 who had decided to launch his own form of Uber, where every driver was 00:00:19:18 - 00:00:23:27 a security professional who was armed in order to defend their passengers. 00:00:24:09 - 00:00:28:27 Uber But with armed drivers, a foolproof idea with a very clear market. 00:00:28:27 - 00:00:33:01 And their marketing for this application heavily centered around how BlackWolf 00:00:33:01 - 00:00:37:11 provides security for their clients in a deeply uncertain world. 00:00:37:11 - 00:00:39:22 Safety is always a concern in every major city. 00:00:39:22 - 00:00:43:27 That's why I love using the BlackWolf as I can go out with my friends and enjoy 00:00:43:27 - 00:00:45:07 amazing night in the city 00:00:45:07 - 00:00:48:07 and I don't have to worry about a thing and feel nice and secure all night long. 00:00:48:15 - 00:00:51:28 During the course of this marketing, they also revealed some of their clients, 00:00:51:28 - 00:00:56:14 including Marjorie Taylor Greene, and protection, just like our Congress 00:00:56:14 - 00:01:00:02 members and presidents who gave a ringing endorsement to this firm. 00:01:00:04 - 00:01:03:06 They also supposedly provided security to Donald Trump 00:01:03:06 - 00:01:04:24 and a bunch of rappers as well. 00:01:04:24 - 00:01:08:23 We are revisiting this firm today because Fox Five Atlanta decided 00:01:08:23 - 00:01:12:01 to have their investigations team look into the BlackWolf app. 00:01:12:18 - 00:01:15:05 Brief digression before we get into what they found. 00:01:15:05 - 00:01:19:08 Fox five Atlanta calls their investigation team their “I-Team”, 00:01:19:11 - 00:01:22:24 a convention shared by other media outlets and one that bugs me. 00:01:23:03 - 00:01:25:06 It sounds narcissistic. 00:01:25:06 - 00:01:28:08 It's the team for I and investigations 00:01:28:08 - 00:01:31:08 team sounds like serious work done by professionals. 00:01:31:09 - 00:01:34:29 Yet these outlets decided to call their investigations teams, teams. 00:01:35:08 - 00:01:38:05 I don't get it. But that's not the point. 00:01:38:05 - 00:01:41:13 The point is, what did this I-Team discover? 00:01:41:19 - 00:01:44:14 to provide security services in Georgia, a company has to be 00:01:44:14 - 00:01:48:11 specifically licensed by the state to make sure the public is protected. 00:01:48:23 - 00:01:51:11 All their employees have to be individually licensed 00:01:51:11 - 00:01:54:18 under that company's name to make sure they're properly trained. 00:01:55:02 - 00:01:58:08 The BlackWolf does not have a Georgia security license. 00:01:58:08 - 00:02:00:00 Yep, that's right. 00:02:00:00 - 00:02:04:20 They were not licensed to be a security company and not for lack of trying. 00:02:04:27 - 00:02:08:12 Kerry KingBrown had repeatedly been trying to get the company licensed, 00:02:08:19 - 00:02:12:13 but he was not able to pass the written portion of the exam. 00:02:12:29 - 00:02:16:06 When asked about this, Kerry explained that Is it hard? 00:02:16:16 - 00:02:17:21 Extremely hard. 00:02:17:21 - 00:02:22:10 hilariously, Fox five decided to interview another security professional named Obie 00:02:22:10 - 00:02:23:26 Bryant who had this to say. 00:02:23:26 - 00:02:25:25 I'm not going to say that it's not hard. 00:02:25:25 - 00:02:29:15 But if you know the industry and you are qualified to do it, 00:02:30:00 - 00:02:31:28 then you won't find it. 00:02:31:28 - 00:02:33:20 You won't have any problems with it. 00:02:33:20 - 00:02:36:15 really feels like Obie is saying that Kerry should have been able 00:02:36:15 - 00:02:39:09 to pass the test if he knew what he was doing. 00:02:39:09 - 00:02:41:24 But that's not even the funniest part yet. 00:02:41:24 - 00:02:45:13 You see Georgia state law also requires all security professionals 00:02:45:13 - 00:02:47:06 to be individually licensed, 00:02:47:06 - 00:02:51:05 and that license is associated with a specific firm and they're 00:02:51:05 - 00:02:55:07 only allowed to do their security work in connection with that firm. 00:02:55:23 - 00:02:59:23 Carries license was associated with a firm called Loyd Investigations. 00:03:00:02 - 00:03:03:09 Fox five asked Kerry if Loyd Investigations 00:03:03:09 - 00:03:06:08 was aware of his side businesses and if they approved. 00:03:06:08 - 00:03:08:12 So does Loyd know that you're doing this. 00:03:08:12 - 00:03:10:15 Right and. They approve it. 00:03:10:15 - 00:03:11:04 Because he approves of. 00:03:11:04 - 00:03:15:19 It. Well, it turns out, despite Kerry's promises, they absolutely do not approve. 00:03:15:28 - 00:03:16:14 The Fox 00:03:16:14 - 00:03:20:14 I-Team reached out to Don Warrington, who is the owner of Loyd Investigations, 00:03:20:19 - 00:03:25:01 and he told them that BlackWolf is illegal in the state of Georgia. 00:03:25:08 - 00:03:26:06 He knew better. 00:03:26:06 - 00:03:27:21 He can't open a company, 00:03:27:21 - 00:03:31:14 carry guns and transport people and tell them it's a tech company. 00:03:31:20 - 00:03:32:07 That's right. 00:03:32:07 - 00:03:36:23 Not only does the owner of Loyd's not approve, he says it is illegal. 00:03:37:00 - 00:03:39:24 Plus, unlike Kerry, he was actually able 00:03:39:24 - 00:03:43:23 to pass the written part of the test to really put a cherry on the sun. 00:03:43:27 - 00:03:45:22 Warrington avoid investigations 00:03:45:22 - 00:03:49:21 almost immediately terminated KingBrown's individual security license. 00:03:49:29 - 00:03:50:29 That's right. 00:03:50:29 - 00:03:55:16 Not only is BlackWolf unlicensed, but now Kerry himself is unlicensed. 00:03:55:25 - 00:03:59:29 The state Security agency's board was also contacted by the Fox five team, 00:04:00:09 - 00:04:03:22 and they informed them that the inquiry had been transferred to the attorney 00:04:03:22 - 00:04:07:05 general's office, who confirmed that they are currently looking into it. 00:04:07:08 - 00:04:11:22 Kerry is potentially risking criminal charges in the operation 00:04:11:27 - 00:04:15:06 of this pointless application, despite this investigation, 00:04:15:15 - 00:04:17:26 despite the fact that BlackWolf is unlicensed 00:04:17:26 - 00:04:20:18 and despite the fact that Kerry is unlicensed, 00:04:20:18 - 00:04:24:01 He told Fox five Atlanta that he is still picking up clients, 00:04:24:07 - 00:04:27:27 including celebrities, CEOs and one politician. 00:04:28:20 - 00:04:31:27 And that one politician is almost certainly the insurrectionist. 00:04:31:27 - 00:04:36:05 Marjorie Taylor Greene, who has previously endorsed this unlicensed security firm. 00:04:36:13 - 00:04:40:18 Despite the lack of licenses and this ongoing investigation, 00:04:40:25 - 00:04:43:13 Kerry still thinks he should be allowed to do this 00:04:43:13 - 00:04:46:12 because BlackWolf app isn't a security company. 00:04:46:12 - 00:04:48:14 It's a technology company. 00:04:48:14 - 00:04:50:21 Well, I mean, it's simple. It's a tech company. 00:04:50:21 - 00:04:53:15 Everybody thinks this is a security I'm not a security company. 00:04:53:15 - 00:04:55:21 You're offering security services? Yes, sir. 00:04:55:21 - 00:04:57:16 In the form of security services. Yes, sir. 00:04:57:16 - 00:04:59:26 So I know the state laws. I know how this works. 00:04:59:26 - 00:05:01:17 So the end of the day, that's why I didn't come out 00:05:01:17 - 00:05:03:04 and say this is a security company. 00:05:03:04 - 00:05:07:11 In our last video about this company, I asked, Do you need an armed Uber? 00:05:07:19 - 00:05:10:02 Which had the answer?
