So like I mentioned I have recommitted myself to losing weight and this has included doing some new research into diet techniques. One that I found really interesting was Intermittent Fasting. The concept behind intermittent fasting is really quite simple. At it’s core it is simply alternating periods of fast (no eating) with periods of eating. However it has been shown to have some truly interesting health effects.
Okay weight loss is hard. Everyone who has ever done it before knows this. Last week was a huge weight loss week for me, however the combination of stress, and a different schedule meant this week I rebounded a little bit. However, this gives me a chance to pontificate for a minute about some of the interesting things I have observed at this point. In this video I discuss how to get fluffier scrambled eggs. All you have to do is add about 1 tablespoon of club soda per egg and scramble it into the eggs. The evaporation of the water combined with the carbonation gives you fantastically fluffy eggs, and if you cook them on low heat they turn out fantastic.

A couple of days ago I was lucky enough to go to a Michael Miller seminar on goals so right now I’m really feeling the whole goal setting thing. I also realized I have been setting so many of my goals wrong and that has been contributing to my lifelong struggle with my weight.
