So I kinda completely fell off the bandwagon in terms of my weight loss (something I struggle with here), but thanks to a bet with a friend, I am recommitting to the goal. Over the next ten and a half weeks, I committed to losing twenty pounds, while he committed to gaining ten. (Here’s the link to follow our progress). So over the next few weeks you will see articles focusing both on how to lose weight, and also on how to gain weight. I’ll be exploring a few different topics from both of these perspectives and so I hope you are excited.
